- I am afraid we do not have a shuttle service.

- Yes. All rooms are dog-friendly.
*Please note that pets other than dogs are not allowed.

- How many dogs can I stay with?
- You can stay with up to 4 dogs.
Only one large dog is allowed.
*The first dog is free, and for each additional dog, you will be charged 3,300 yen (Tax included) per dog for the accommodation fee.

- Are there any conditions to stay with my dog?
- Only indoor dogs that have received rabies and mixed vaccinations (5 or more types) within the past year are allowed to stay.

- Is it possible to use your facility as a day trip?
- Currently, it is not possible to do so.

- Do you have a parking lot?
- Yes. We have a free parking lot that can accommodate up to 4 cars per group.

- Are there cancellation fees?
- 30 days before: 50 % 7 days before: 100 %
However, if you call us by 5:00PM two days before your stay, you can reschedule a stay once.
If you cancel after rescheduling, the cancellation fee will apply regardless of the cancellation period.
Rescheduling can be made up to 30 days from the original stay date. You may not be able to reschedule depending on the reservation status. Thank you for your understanding.
Steps for date changes
Make a new reservation within 30 days from the original stay date.
*Please do not cancel the current reservation by yourself.

Notify our facility of the date change.

Once the new reservation is confirmed, our facility will handle the cancellation of the original reservation.

- Bath towel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, baby soap, toothbrush, hair dryer, etc.

- What cookware do you have?
- Refrigerator with freezer, microwave toaster oven combo, electric kettle, kitchen knife, bottle opener, cutting board, cooking chopsticks, kitchen scissors, pizza cutter, frying pan, pot, bowl, saran wrap, aluminum foil, tongs, BBQ gas grill (With the BYO [Bring Your Own] plan: 5,500 yen), etc.

- Chopsticks, knife, fork, spoon, bowl, plate, cup, etc.

- Is it possible to have meals and BBQs even if it rains?
- Yes. You can have meals at the pergola with a roof.
In case of strong winds, we recommend having meals inside the room. *If you cannot use a BBQ grill due to bad weather, please use an electric griddle in the room.

- Yes, it is.
You can also bring alcoholic beverages and soft drinks to our facility. However, we have a variety of drinks at our facility, such as draft beer, draft highball, local sake, and other limited-edition beverages, so please feel free to enjoy them as well.

- Is it possible to bring my bonfire table and stove?
- I am afraid bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed. Please use our installed BBQ grill, kitchen and fire pit.

- Only handheld fireworks are allowed.
